I believe transformation and change can be delivered in any company or business by implementing innovative solutions and optimising resources and can bring profitable results and substantial savings.

My experience in programme transformation and project delivery spans both the public and private sectors, managing significant budgets and making considerable savings, with a track record of overseeing significant growth and strategic change through the use of digital transformation and business process improvements.

I don’t roll in with the same process at every company, utilising data to drive improvements and performance I tailor my approach to the business, and most importantly the people, building partnerships at a senior level to develop the correct strategy business-wide. As well as using an open, collaborative, and communicative style of leadership I develop effective relationships, ensuring my team feel managed and supported which leads to high performance levels. I believe leadership is about developing the team’s abilities and knowledge to achieve success.

After starting a family at the tender age of 18, it has been a rollercoaster ride building a career I’m proud of, but, **some** years later(!) I am now the proud co-owner of a successful Business Consultancy, Step up Consulting and a Marketing Business, Rebellion Marketing, and, in addition, I continue to be passionate about the Education sector.

As well as working with clients to support them with Business growth through Marketing, I also work with the Education sector building programmes, attracting and retaining talent and future-proofing business.
